The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a full meal or easily warm up leftovers. Whether you are staying for just a few days or for an extended amount of time, you will find you have everything you could want to be comfortable.

Our space is for travelers of tea, music, and decompression. A quiet space next to a grounding tree with the community build around it. Walkable to anything needed, including a dispensary, brewery, local grocery, vegan cafe lounge, pharmacy, and cigar lounge. I travel a ton for music festivals and to care for pets so I am happy to open my zen cave to others.

The condominium is centrally and conveniently located in Midtown Phoenix, only ~8.1 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor. A plethora of wonderful restaurants are in walking distance and the nearest coffee shop (Starbucks) is only 0.3 miles away. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, when it is not too hot!The Phoenix Convention Center, Downtown Phoenix, including the Downtown Arizona State University Campus (~ 5.4 miles). For the sports lover, many of the famous stadiums are nearby including Diamond Backs baseball field (~ 5.8 miles) Arizona Cardinal's stadium (~11.9 miles) and the Phoenix Suns arena (~ 5.9 miles). Approximately 7 miles away is Camelback Mountain, one of Phoenix's popular hikes, and the prestigious Biltmore area with two 8-hole championship golf courses, entertainment, and restaurants (~ 3 miles). Freeways I-10, I-17, and State 51 are no more than 10 minutes drive away.A car is not a must, depending on the activities that are desired by the guest. The neighborhood is very walkable in cooler seasons. Car services such as Lyft, Uber, or Waymo (Self Driving Vehicle) are all available for your convenience. A covered parking space is provided for guests to park their vehicle.

HOUSE RULES
Thank you for treating this home with care as if it is your home away from home. We do not allow pets of any kind in the home and ee ask that you do not wear shoes in the condo. At the conclusion of your stay kindly remove all bed linens and sheets and leave them on the floor of the bedroom with used towels. If something breaks during your stay, kindly let us know promptly. Prior to leaving, please ensure the air conditioning/heat is off. Thank you and we wish you a wonderful stay!
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The guest will have the entire place to themselves. Currently, only one bedroom is set up. The second bedroom is being prepared and will be available soon!
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
