Cooking with Cannabis Crash Course
Learn how to make Infused Oil and Butter and how to make/dose your own edibles. Take some Infused Butter and Infused Oil with you to try.
In this class you'll learn how to make Cannabis Infused Butter and Cannabis Infused Oil. We go though what different Cannabinoids do, and how Terpenes and Flavonoids have an integral part in the creation of our dishes. We teach about proper dosing and how to make your edibles at home from basic ingredients and basic recipes you'd use, like how to make infused Cake from a box recipe. You'll leave the class with the knowledge of how to do it at home and also some infused butter and oil to try yourself once you get home.

- Some University, but over 15+ years in Restaurants on PEI working my way up to Head Chef. in I specialize in making my own infused recipes or taking already created recipes and modifying them to be infused.
- 15+ Years of Cooking experience, Head Chef for 5+ years
Hi, my name is Neil Menzie and I've been cooking on PEI for about the last 15+ years. I've got a lot of restaurant experience and menu creation experience from running restaurants on PEI for over 5 years. I've combined my passions of cooking and Cannabis and look forward to sharing my recipes and knowledge with you.
