Clean Private bedroom in a shared living space with one female human and one male corgi.
While staying here you will have a private larger sized bedroom and mostly private bathroom, although I will use it at night or when guests are gone. Smoking cannabis is allowed in the house, but smoking cigarettes is not allowed. I don't allow dabbing due to the fire hazards that come along with it. There is a very friendly Corgi dog, he is hairy but hair is cleaned daily. He does not bark much, except when he gets excited about eating time and visitors, and might greet you if we are home when you arrive.
The yard is tidy, but a little wild too... I had some volunteer butterfly milkweed plants pop up and they grew over 5 feet tall. I can't bear myself to knock them down until the seeds are ready so they block a bit of the sidewalk, but not the entrance! I have plans to start a large butterfly garden! Long live the Monarch butterflies!!

Availability
The home is in zoned business resort and is near many of the hotels in a very convenient location, not even 5 minutes from Lake Michigan, Little Traverse Bay bike and walking paths, and the Bear River nature trails and river where you can kayak. Also 45 minutes to Mackinac City where you can catch a ferry to the Island... The U.P. (upper peninsula of Michigan) and Lake Superior is an 1.5 hour drive. Great place to stay to explore Petoskey or the surrounding areas! Ernst Hemingways summer stomping grounds!My neighbors are not zoned business resort so we must keep them in mind : )Cannabis dispensary is 3 minute drive up the road or a fifteen minute walk. You can also walk to one of the best mom and pop restaurants.

HOUSE RULES
There is no cigarette smoking allowed in the house, but there is a smoking area outside.No more than 2 guests.No excessive partying and no ring dabbing due to fire concerns.
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Most likely I will meet and greet you upon arrival and show you around the place a bit and introduce you to Lloyd, my corgi dog friend, who also lives in the house. After that it will be like ships passing in the night (or day). There will be space in the fridge and shelves in the kitchen to use.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.

Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.
